I bring over six years of experience leading data-driven paid media strategies across both agency and in-house roles, helping brands turn performance data into meaningful results.
My primary expertise is in Paid Search and Shopping, where I focus on strategy, optimisation, scalability, and ROI. I also have experience across Paid Social and Affiliate marketing, giving me a well-rounded view of the performance marketing mix.
In my most recent role, I was responsible for the end-to-end paid marketing function, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation, and reporting. Alongside this, I managed and coached junior team members, supporting their development through hands-on guidance, performance reviews, and knowledge sharing to ensure both individual and team success.
I’ve partnered with well-known brands including Casio UK, Eurochange, Free People, and Pharmacy2U, delivering scalable strategies grounded in data and commercial insight. I’m highly motivated by problem-solving, translating complex data into clear actions, and leading teams to achieve measurable results.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at live music gigs, travelling, or unwinding with a cross-stitch project.
